 WHAT IS SOUND BATH?

 

Sound bath meditation is a transformative wellness practice that offers a deeply relaxing and meditative experience. It involves immersing yourself in powerful and healing frequencies of sound, created by instruments such as crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and gongs, to restore mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance and harmony. During the session, you will find yourself comfortably lying on the floor with your eyes closed, allowing the soothing vibrations of sound to wash over you, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

 

Agnes Kazmierczak, former professional ballroom dancer, has transitioned her passion for movement into a journey of holistic wellness. Agnes has delved deeply into various modalities aimed at nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Her exploration led her to study transformative practices such as meditation, sound bath, breathwork, somatic movement, and more.

Agnes believes that every dancer should prioritize their wellness as an essential component of their journey. By incorporating holistic wellness practices into their routine, dancers can cultivate a harmonious balance between body, mind, and spirit.
