PRACTICE #1:

BREATHING TECHNIQUES

Good breathing is essential for our life and our well being. When we breathe properly our organs are well oxygenated, we experience more mental clarity and our body and nervous system can easier deal with stress and emotions. 

Unfortunately studies show that nearly 70% of population doesn’t breathe properly and very often without even realizing it. 

In this section of the program I will explain and teach you how to improve your breathing pattern. You will learn breathing exercises, we will do a breathwork meditation which is one of the most powerful types of meditations I have ever done.

PRACTICE #2:

MOVEMENT MEDITATION

Movement Meditation will help you deepen the connection to your body. Through simple but conscious movements lead by your breath you will be able to experience more mind-body coherence, release stress and access the state of harmony and peace.

In this part of the program you will learn a simple movement sequence. I will guide you through the movements with my voice and then later you will be able to practice the mediation on your own with background music and sound of breathing.

PRACTICE #3:

GUIDED VISUALIZATION

Guided visualization uses the power of our own imaginations to foster healing of the mind, body, and spirit and enhance our functioning and performance.

Guided visualization is very powerful because our bodies do not discern whether an image is real or imagined. When we bring an image to mind, the same parts of the brain light up as if the actual event was happening. So, if we imagine a relaxing image, our bodies relax. Moreover, in a state of relaxed focus (which guided visualization promotes), we are more sensitive to imagery, which makes us capable of more intense healing, growth, learning, and change.

The sound of crystal and Tibetan bowls and tuned in to a specific frequency to resonate and recalibrate the frequency of the body to it’s optimal state.
